A new dual-layer midsole pairs FF BLAST™ MAX in the top layer for soft, lightweight and responsive cushioning with FF BLAST™ PLUS underneath to cradle the foot and enhance stability. PureGEL™ technology remains strategically positioned beneath the heel to improve shock absorption and deliver softer landings, while the redesigned engineered mesh upper provides improved breathability and a more adaptive fit.

The Running Centre offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders over $150 using code: FREE at checkout . No matter your location in Australia or how many pairs you decide to purchase from us, delivery is FREEwith orders over $150.
Click and Collect
The Running Centre offers Click and Collect for all orders during business trading hours. Generally we will endeavour to have your Click and Collect order ready for collection within one hour.
Dispatch from Perth
The Running Centre offers you the SAME DAY DISPATCH for ALL orders placed before 12PM, however this is dependent on stock availability. There are often instances where a product you have ordered is not in stock therefore the same day dispatch cannot be met, however you will be notified and we will endeavour to have your order dispatched in a timely manner.

Delivery Times
The Running Centre aims to deliver your order within 1-3 business days almost anywhere in Australia*. The Running Centre delivers products Australia wide using Australia Post.Delivery times are estimated between 2-5 days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location:
2-5 business days – VIC
2-5 business days – NSW / ACT /SA
2-5 business days – QLD / TAS
2-3 business days – WA / NT
*Please allow additional 1-2 business days on top of the above allocated times for regional areas. During Sale periods and high volume periods delivery times may vary due to a high volume of orders.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please choose carefully as we do not refund based on change your mind.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as Nutrition and Magazines and Sale items cannot be returned.
Additional non-returnable items:

- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Shoes with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for a different item or size, send us an email at orders@therunningcentre.com.au and send your item to: 1/1273 Hay Street, Perth WA 6005, Australia. We can organise a replacement to you at the regular shipping rates.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
