Dunsborough Running Club

A running group for all abilities that will go ahead Rain, Hail or Shine.
Based around Dunsborough.

Training days as advertised but generally Tuesdays and Fridays, with Beginner Courses held on other evenings when they are running.

We work on base fitness incorporating sessions from hills, to circuits on a range of terrain from trail to sand. As key races approach we will tailor the sessions to prepare for the race and maintain race fitness through the racing season.
All abilities catered for, and sessions adjusted according to your fitness and experience, but it is recommended that you are already able to run for 30 minutes continuously, a couple of times a week, for the Tuesday session.

Friday session ALL welcome.
I can provide walk/running plans if you are interested in joining this group but are not yet running for 30 minutes continuously. Or you may want to consider doing one of the 6 week courses that are offered for beginning and returning runners.
