Shipping:
We use Australia Post eParcel for the majority of our orders.
Large and/or heavy items may incur an additional postage costs.
When we send your parcel we will email you the tracking details.
Postage costs:

Apparel & footwear $10.00
Orders over $100 FREE*
Any extra charges in regards to shipping costs will be quoted prior to shipping.

Delivery estimates:
We pack 90% of our orders within 1-2 business day. We will contact you if there has been a delay with packing your order.
Once the parcel leaves our store the delivery estimates are:
WA: 1-4 business days
VIC: 3-7 business days
NSW: 3-7 business days
SA: 3-7 business days
QLD: 3-7 business days
Returns:
Provided you have not used your product & it's in exactly the same condition as when we sent it to you, we are happy to exchange your purchase (or provide store credit) as long as you return it to us within 14 days. You must send the product back to us and postage is at your own cost. A product cannot be returned if you simply change your mind after using the product.
