Refunds & Exchanges

Provided you have not used your product & it's in exactly the same condition as when we sent it to you, we are happy to exchange your product or offer you a store credit if it is returned within 14 days. A product cannot be returned if you simply change your mind after using the product, so please choose carefully! You must send the product back to us and postage is at your own cost. 

Warranty Information

Most product purchased from The Running Centre come with a manufacturer’s warranty. If you experience any problems with your product, please return it to our store along with your receipt (postage if applicable is at your own cost, and will be reimburse pending the approval of the warranty claim). We will show it to the manufacturer and let you know the outcome of your warranty as soon as possible (generally this process takes a week).

Alternatlively, you may contact the manufacturer directly in regards to you warranty claim

Please be aware that we cannot provide replacement products without approval from the manufacturer. If your product is discontinued we will provide you with a suitable replacement model.

Returns/Exchange Process

Contact us any time via the Orders & Returns form, or call us on (08) 9324 2707 or visit our store during business hours. Give us a quick run down of what you wish to do, including your order details.

  • We will then advise you a return address. Pack all items with your invoice in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging. Please ensure that all boxed items are securely enclosed in a satchel as we are not able to accept them if damaged. Returns must be in the original saleable condition and packaging.
  • Go your local Post Office and send to the labeled address. For security and peace of mind, we strongly suggest insured registered post as we are not liable for lost return post.
  • Once we have received your return, we will inspect and contact you within 72 hours, and process your return or exchange as soon as possible.

Returns on Faulty Goods or Warranty

If you have a faulty item that you would like refunded, repaired or replaced, simply contact us any time via the Orders & Returns form, or call us on (08) 9324 2707 during business hours. Depending on what you have purchased we will advise you the next course of action. If you need to send an item back to us, we will pay for the return shipping if the item is deemed a warranty fault. We aim to have your refund processed within 72 hours of receiving; however some faults must be approved by the manufacturer before a refund or replacement can be issued. In this case we will keep you informed on our progress via email.

Return Terms and Conditions

All items returned for refund or exchange must be returned in the original condition, unused with tags attached (unless faulty). Any packaged goods must be returned with the packaging in its original condition or may not be accepted (unless faulty). Please note that if you are wanting to exchange or return boxed goods, they must be returned in the original unmarked packaging and in good condition.
